Outreach programme for the minister of Community Development and Social Services to ZAPD Western Province- Mongu, Nalolo, Senanga, and Kaoma Districts.

David Mabumba MP-Minister of General Education, Ms Julien Mwape – Acting Director General ZAPD , Senior Government Officials and Persons with Disabilities.
The entourage gave out empowerment in form of 25 kgs and 10kg bags of mealie meal, a guitar to a musician, a sewing machine to a tailor, tricycles to individual persons with disabilities and goats to Disabled peoples organizations.
