Outreach programme to assess the plight of Persons with disabilities affected by floods in Mambwe District, Eastern Province by Hon. Kampamba Mulenga MP-Minister of Community Development and Social Services and Hon. Makebi Zulu – Eastern Province Minister. During the visit to Mambwe, the Ministers handed over various assistive devices, clothing and sunscreen lotion. Present at the event were Mambwe District Commissioner Ms. Caroline Mwanza, Heads of Department and Persons with Disabilities from within the district.
